The Losses Mount - Postgame Alert for May 5, 2009

The Yankees continue their slide in the AL East with another loss last night to the Red Sox. The Red Sox are now 5-0 against the Yankees this season and simply have dominated them. This reminds me of the Braves dominating the Mets for all those years. It is now a mental block that the Yankees must get over....and in a hurry. Could Girardi be in trouble? I do not think so at this point, but the calls for his head will begin soon if this team does not make a move soon. I, for one, am not for making a change just for the sake of making a change. Tonight being a must win is an understatement.....
