On Saturday, August 15th at 3:00pm, Babe Ruth's granddaughter Linda Ruth Tosetti will be appearing at the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum to meet with fans, discuss her memories of her world famous granddad, and her efforts to have Major League Baseball honor the Babe by retiring the number 3, which the he wore with the New York Yankees, as the league has done with Jackie Robinson's number 42.
This program is free with standard Museum admission.

On Sunday, August 16, 2009, The Baltimore Cathedral will celebrate a Mass of Special Intention for George Herman “Babe” Ruth, one of the Diocese’s most renowned and beloved former members.
Mass will be held at 10:45 am. The Cathedral Choir shall sing.
